A  two-day  frolic  through  some  of  the  wildest  history  in  the  US  of  A.    Some  well  maintained  dirt  roads,   towns  out  of  the  wild  West,  restaurants  and  museums.    Take  Teller  Road  1  to  Cripple  Creek  and  Phantom  Canyon  Rd  to  Cannon  City  and  Florence.

Salida via Guffy

Stay  on  curvy  backroads  with  very  little  traffic.    About  four  miles  before  Guffy,  stop  at  Paradise  Cove  to  see  locals  dive from  35’  to  83’   cliffs  into  a  very,  very  small  pond.    Have  a  beer  in  the  quaint  artist  village  of  Guffey.    Teller  1  to  CR  9  to  State  285.    About  a  four  hour  run.

Salida via the Royal Gorge

Take  Teller  1  to  CR  9  heading  south  to  Highway  50.    This  takes  you  along  the  picturesque  Arkansas  River.    About  a  four  hour  run.

Tarryall River Road to Georgetown via Guanella Pass

Best  trip  ever!    Take  US24  west  to  Park  County  77  heading  north  to  Jefferson.    Take  US  285  to  Grant.    Head  north  over  Guannella  Pass  road  to  historic  Georgetown.    Plan  on  six  hours.
